2019年世界12強棒球賽中華隊12日複賽7比0完封韓國隊，中華隊胡金龍今天成功扮演開路先鋒角色，3打數擊出2支安打，1打點，賽後胡金龍表示，還不能高興太早。
胡金龍表示，今天擔任第1棒，想辦法盡量上壘，前幾場串連沒有這麼好，教練給我什麼任務就盡量達成，這是好比賽，不管打擊或防守，包含張奕都表現非常好，陳俊秀的3分彈讓大家吃下定心丸。
胡金龍表示，打贏韓國很開心，但還不到真正放鬆，還不能高興太早，往後還有2場，接下來比賽都很關鍵，目標還沒達到，明天是新的一天開始，今天賽前告訴隊友今天當作最後一場，每一場都是最後一場，不要給自己很大壓力，只是一場比賽，不會預設太多，不管遇到誰，一樣的心態去比賽會比較簡單一點，情蒐昨天有針對金廣鉉的球種去設定攻擊策略，往後比賽從零開始，把自己工作做好。
